Dr. Nicholas Chiu joined our dental family in 2021 and received his BS in Molecular Cell Biology and Physiology at CSU- Long Beach and Doctorate of Dental Surgery at UCSF School of Dentistry. Dr. Chiu’s focus is on education for patients, especially when they ask questions and eager to learn. His goal is to be the empathetic dentist who can relate to patients and encourage them through actual first-hand experiences to take care of their teeth. He participates in continuing education to keep up to date with the best materials to use in restorations and techniques to preserve longevity of patients’ teeth with the utmost care supported by evidence-based research. Dr. Chiu is affiliated with American Dental Association and California Dental Association, Redwood Empire Dental Society and Omicron Kappa Upsilon- Rho Rho Chapter. Outside of the office he grew up in Anaheim and currently resides in Santa Rosa and enjoys spending free time with family and friends, hiking, white water rafting, trying out new restaurants, playing board games, playing video games, watching movies and attending church services. Dr. Chiu shares time between Jeffers Family Dentistry in Santa Rosa and you’ll see him at our office on Fridays.
